Service

Event staff.

A brand activation, a gala dinner, or a product launch is judged in the first few minutes. We place briefed teams — waiters, hosts, greeters, cloakroom, and ambassadors — scaled to the event and supervised on the floor, so the service reads as part of the night rather than added to it.

What it includes

Roles for the room.

Waiters, hosts, greeters, cloakroom, and brand ambassadors — placed against the format, from a quiet gallery opening to a full gala dinner.

Scaled to the event.

The right number of people for the guest count and the run-sheet, agreed before the night so the room never feels thin or crowded.

Supervised on the floor.

A team lead runs the staff against your run-sheet, holds the standard through the event, and is your single point of contact on the night.

Briefed to the brand and run-sheet.

Every person is briefed on the brand, the timings, and the guests of note, so service reads as part of the event rather than added to it.

  1. 01

    Scope

You tell us the event, the guest count, and the format. We confirm roles, headcount, and the run-sheet to brief against.

  2. 02

    Brief

Each person is briefed on the brand, the timings, and any guests of note before they arrive on-site.

  3. 03

    On the night

The team arrives ready and dressed to brief. A team lead runs the floor against the run-sheet and holds the standard through the event.

  4. 04

    Wrap and report

The room is cleared and reset, and you receive a short note confirming the night and anything worth flagging.

Held to standard

Briefed teams, run on the floor by a single lead.

Every person is interviewed, reference-checked, and briefed on the brand and run-sheet before the night. Service staff hold responsible-service-of-alcohol certification where it applies, a team lead runs the floor, and guest detail stays inside the brief.

  • Interviewed and reference-checked Before any person is placed on your event.
  • On-site supervision A team lead runs the floor against your run-sheet.
  • RSA where service applies Staff certified for responsible service of alcohol.
  • NDA and discretion Guests and brand detail stay inside the brief.
Questions

Questions buyers ask.

What events do you staff?
Brand activations, gallery openings, gala dinners, product launches, and VIP events. If the room carries your brand and your guests, it suits a briefed, supervised team.
How many staff can you provide?
From a small front-of-house team for an intimate opening to full service for a several-hundred-guest gala. We scope the headcount with you against the guest count and the run-sheet.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to three weeks gives us room to brief a larger team well. We can move faster for short-notice events, and standing arrangements let us staff a calendar of events with people who already know the brand.
Do you supervise on the night?
Yes. A team lead runs our staff against your run-sheet, holds the standard through the event, and is your single point of contact on the floor, so you are not managing service while you host.
Where do you operate?
Across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and Auckland, with coordination from a single point of contact for brands running events in more than one city.
