Do you recruit staff or supply them?
Neither, exactly. We are not a recruitment agency — you do not hire the people we place. We supply and manage our own trained casual and event staff, briefed to your standard and supervised on your floor. They remain on our books; you get the floor covered without the recruitment.
What roles do you provide?
Hosts and greeters, brand ambassadors, and clienteling support for luxury retail. We scope the mix with you against the period — quieter trading days look different from a VIP appointment or an opening.
How quickly can you staff a shift?
For planned periods and openings, a week or two gives us room to brief well. For short-notice cover we move faster, and standing arrangements let us fill peak days with people who already know your floor.
